Shipping Days & Locations
We currently ship to all the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (charges may apply). All orders ship on business days Monday – Friday, except for holidays. We currently ship all products that are in stock within one business day of order placement. If an item is out of stock and available for preorder at time of purchase, we will ship out the product immediately as it becomes available.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer “Free Standard Shipping” to all orders through A to Z Lawn Supply to the 48 continental United States. This shipping option will ship via the USPS or UPS, depending on what is most economical for A to Z Lawn Supply.
Expedited & AK, HI Shipping
Expedited shipping services that you may purchase during checkout, such as Priority Mail and UPS Ground and Air services, will ship out same day if ordered before 12:00 PM EST. If ordered after this time they may ship next day. If product is out of stock at time of purchase, the paid for shipping service will be used upon restock of the product. These shipping charges are nonrefundable for returns.
Delivery of Order
Most orders will ship within one business day of order placement. If you provide an email address during checkout you will receive an email notifying you of shipment and tracking information once your order is processed for shipping. Free standard shipping can deliver anywhere from 2-8 business days depending on location, weight, and size. You must allow two weeks for delivery on free standard shipping before a lost package claim. Please note that UPS Ground and Priority Mail services are estimated transit times and not guaranteed delivery windows.
Lost Orders & Refused Deliveries
Any package that is lost by the carrier must contact us within 14 days of the shipment so that it may be reconciled with the carrier. After 14 days the responsibility to correct the issue no longer falls on A to Z Lawn Supply. Damages must be reported upon arrival of the product. We will not honor reported damages after 5 days of the receipt of the package. Refused delivery charges will be taken out of the product refund so that the refund amount equals the total paid minus the refused delivery charge.
